LogosFi launches to assist financial institutions in utilizing tokenized assets and stablecoins with a new testnet and design partners.

Logos Unveils Testnet at Money20/20 USA for Financial Institutions

At this year's Money20/20 USA event in Las Vegas, LogosFi, Inc. officially unveiled its testnet aimed at empowering financial institutions to tap into the growing market of tokenized assets and stablecoins. This initiative promises to significantly enhance service offerings for custodians, lenders, and payment institutions.

Innovative Leadership and Backing

Logos is spearheaded by industry veterans Tom Zschach, formerly Chief Innovation Officer at Swift, and Anthony Rose, ex-CTO of Matter Labs. The company has garnered support from notable backers such as ParaFi and VanEck, along with numerous strategic investors.

Transforming Evidence Handling

The core mission of Logos is to create a shared evidence infrastructure that simplifies how financial institutions handle asset verification. With Logos, institutions can dramatically reduce the repetitive task of gathering evidence of rights, custody, and restrictions for various assets.

“Our principle is straightforward: Publish once. Verify anywhere,” said Zschach. He emphasized the importance of establishing a system where evidence could streamline commercial relationships without unnecessary duplication of work.

Strategic Collaborations for Growth

Logos has partnered with leading companies like Paysend and Securitize to shape its workflows. Paysend is focusing on enhancing payment and settlement processes, while Securitize is focused on developing workflows for tokenized securities.

“For stablecoins to truly scale, institutions must trust what they're accepting. Our partnership with Logos is a step towards building this stablecoin backbone efficiently,” shared Ben Chisell, Group CEO of Paysend.

Meanwhile, Carlos Domingo, Chairman and CEO of Securitize, noted the importance of facilitating seamless integration of tokenized assets within existing financial systems: “Logos will help us make Securitize's tokenized products more accessible to institutions and investors alike.”

Streamlined Verification Process

Institutions using Logos can take advantage of an API that allows them to retrieve evidence, verify its legitimacy according to their requirements, and document their compliance efforts. This innovative system not only tracks any changes to the source evidence but also ensures traceability while maintaining the autonomy of each institution’s policies and decision-making processes.

The company is actively collaborating with various foundations and organizations, such as the Solana Foundation and Ethereum Institutional, to define evidence requirements that facilitate institutional acceptance of these digital assets.

Open Invitation for Participation

Logos is currently seeking ten design partners from custodial, lending, and payment sectors who are eager to contribute to its innovative infrastructure. These partnerships are expected to foster the development of practical evidence coverage and user interfaces for forthcoming production workflows.

Company Vision

LogosFi, Inc. aims to lay down a reusable evidence infrastructure for financial entities engaged with tokenized assets, stablecoins, and digital currencies. By ensuring that evidence remains attributed to its origins, Logos allows each institution to uphold its policies and accountability.
