AFX has launched its Mainnet Points Program, a multi-season incentive system designed to reward genuine ecosystem participation ahead of the protocol’s token generation event (TGE).
The program went live on May 25, 2026 and emphasizes long-term, meaningful contribution rather than raw trading volume. Points are earned by active traders, liquidity providers and community members across three simultaneous channels: active trading on supported markets, providing liquidity via the AFX LP Vault, and participation in the Guild League ecosystem. Points accumulated across seasons do not reset or expire; they will be combined and redeemed at a unified rate at TGE to encourage sustained engagement rather than short-term farming.
How points are measured
Rather than relying solely on nominal volume, AFX evaluates trading contribution across multiple dimensions — trade execution quality, position holding, and market diversity. Liquidity providers earn points based on actual contribution to protocol liquidity depth via the AFX LP Vault, supporting healthier, more efficient market conditions.
Season structure and timing
The program runs across three consecutive seasons. Season 1 runs from May 25, 2026 through July 20, 2026 (eight weeks). During Season 1 AFX will distribute points from two independent pools:
– Trading + AFX LP Vault Combined Pool: 2,885,714 total points
– Guild Pool: 914,286 total points
Points are settled weekly and distributed every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
